Krossin' Keuka Makes the "SPLASH" on July 30th

You might recall our name used to be the Keuka Lake DASH & SPLASH - but alas, we could not figure out a safe and legally affordable way to have a water entry AFTER runners have just given their all to a 5K or 1-Mile run. So, going forward, the "Splash" will be dropped from our event and instead we will focus only only on the run while cheering on our friends who manage the awesome swim across the Lake; Krossin' Keuka.

Krossin' Keuka is a .67 mile fun swim across Keuka Lake, off the shore of Keuka College. Swimmers are escorted by paddlers and marine patrol and greeted with breakfast on the shore. We swim to support the Keuka Comfort Care Home through fund raising in the form of sponsorships.

The Keuka Comfort Care Home is a non-profit home in Penn Yan, NY which provides a facility and staff to ensure compassionate care in a peaceful, home-like environment for our community's terminally ill residents and their families, at no cost to these patients or families.

Coincidentally, all Keuka Lake DASH race profits from here forward will go to Keuka Comfort Care Home as well.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY

*$25 entry fee

*Swimmers must raise $100 minimum in sponsorship fees.

*Must be high-school age or older to participate.
