Hello Folks! This is it - the last week to pre-register for the Keuka Lake DASH at The Switz. We will of course take day-of registrations but your pre-registration guarantees you a pair of flip-flops and helps us best manage the event. Don't forget - shoe donations are happily excepted and all pairs will be cleaned and donated to area schools and activity centers where they will find new, loving and appreciative feet! All event profits will benefit Keuka Comfort Care Home.

Sunday's Weather is calling for PARTLY SUNNY skies with only a 30% chance of rain. High will be around 85 and low 65 degrees. PERFECT weather for running!!
